Kreg Harley, Chair, Municipal Planning Commission, expressed the Commission's support for the Public Hearing items considered by the Commission. It was noted that the Commission lost quorum prior to considering item 4.1.4, so their recommendations encompass only items 4.1.1, 4.1.2, 4.1.3, and 4.1.5. He responded to questions of Council.
