The City Planner had advised that notification posters have been sent to all adjacent landowners within 75 metres of the site.

Mayor Clark introduced the matter and a motion to consider the recommendation was put forward.

Development Review Manager Dawson presented the report with a PowerPoint slide and expressed the Division's support. He responded to questions of Council.

Kreg Harley, Chair, Municipal Planning Commission, expressed the Commission's support of the Discretionary Use.

    4. An allowable 10% variance on the borrowing requirements for the projects identified. Any variance greater than 10% of the borrowing amount identified would require a new public notice.
