    That the agenda be approved as presented.

    That the minutes of the Public Hearing meeting of City Council held on July 26, 2021 be approved.

  • Recommendation

    That the proposed amendment to the Brighton Neighbourhood Concept Plan, as outlined in the July 27, 2021 report of the General Manager, Community Services, be approved.

  • Recommendation
    1. That City Council consider Bylaw No. 9774, The Street Closing Bylaw, 2021 (No. 3); and
    2. That all costs associated with closure be paid for by the applicant, including Solicitor’s fees and disbursements.

  • Proposed Bylaw No. 9780, The Procedures and Committees Amendment Bylaw, 2021 (No. 2)

 

  • Recommendation
    1. That the amendments to The Procedures and Committees Bylaw, 2014 to better accommodate hybrid meetings, as outlined in the report of the City Clerk dated August 23, 2021, be approved;
    2. That the City Solicitor be instructed to make the necessary amendments to The Procedures and Committees Bylaw, 2014 for consideration by City Council on August 30, 2021; and
    3. That City Council consider Bylaw No. 9780.
