6.2.1

Victoria Park Boathouse Lease Agreement Renewal [File No. CK 610-4]

The following documents are provided:

• Committee Report from Standing Policy Committee on Planning, Development and Community Services dated April 12, 2022;
• Report of the General Manager, Community Services, dated April 12, 2022; and
• Notice that appeared in the local press on April 16 and 19, 2022.

• Recommendation
  1. That the extension to the lease agreement between the City of Saskatoon and the Saskatoon Canoe Club, Saskatoon Racing Canoe Club and Saskatoon Rowing Club, for the use of the Victoria Park Boathouse, in accordance with the terms set out in the April 12, 2022 report of the General Manager, Community Services, be approved; and
  2. That the City Solicitor be requested to prepare the appropriate agreement and that His Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to execute the appropriate agreement under the Corporate Seal.

The Procedures and Committees Amendment Bylaw, 2022 [File No. CK 255-2]
