Mayor Clark called the Public Hearing Meeting to order on Treaty 6 Territory and the Traditional Homeland of the Métis People.

Mayor Clark introduced the matter and a motion to consider first reading of Bylaw No. 9819 was passed.
 
Christine Gutmann, Senior Project Planner, Planning and Development Department, Community Services Division, reviewed the Zoning Bylaw Project for Child Care and Adult Day Care Facilities with a PowerPoint and responded to questions of Council.
 
Josh Delainy, Chair, Municipal Planning Commission, expressed the Commission's support of the Zoning Bylaw Project.
 
Mayor Clark ascertained that there was no one present in the gallery who wished to address Council on this matter and there were no submissions requesting to speak.

​Mayor Clark introduced the matter and a motion putting forward the recommendations was made.

Lynne Lacroix, General Manager, Community Services Division, reviewed the report.

    1. That the extension to the lease agreement between the City of Saskatoon and the Saskatoon Canoe Club, Saskatoon Racing Canoe Club and Saskatoon Rowing Club, for the use of the Victoria Park Boathouse, in accordance with the terms set out in the April 12, 2022 report of the General Manager, Community Services, be approved; and
    2. That the City Solicitor be requested to prepare the appropriate agreement and that His Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to execute the appropriate agreement under the Corporate Seal.
