Submissions will be accepted no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Monday the week of the meeting.

The Chair will call the meeting to order on Treaty 6 Territory and the Traditional Homeland of the Métis People and confirm roll call.

A report of the Community Services Division is provided, along with a letter from Chris Guyda and Murray Totland, Arbutus Meadows Partnership, dated June 6, 2023.

  • Recommendation

    That a copy of the June 27, 2023 report of the Community Services Division be submitted to City Council recommending that, at the time of the Public Hearing, City Council consider Administration’s recommendation that proposed amendments to the Rosewood Neighbourhood Concept Plan and Bylaw No. 8770, Zoning Bylaw, 2009, to rezone lands in the Rosewood Neighbourhood from FUD to RMTN, as outlined in this report, be approved.

    That the June 27, 2023 report of the Community Services Division be submitted to City Council recommending that, at the time of the Public Hearing, City Council considers Administration's recommendation that the amendment to Bylaw No. 8770, Zoning Bylaw, 2009, to amend the Zoning Agreement for 1006 College Drive and 421 Clarence Avenue North, as outlined in this report, be approved.
