The Chair called the meeting to order on Treaty 6 Territory and the Traditional Homeland of the Métis People and confirmed roll call.

    ​That the minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Municipal Planning Commission held on May 30, 2023 be adopted.

A report of the Community Services Division was provided, along with a letter from Chris Guyda and Murray Totland, Arbutus Meadows Partnership, dated June 6, 2023.

Senior Planner Rechenmacher presented the report and responded to questions of Commission along with Development Review Manager Dawson. It was noted that Chris Guyda and Murray Totland, Arbutus Meadows Partnership, were present to respond to questions.

During discussion, the Commission was informed that each townhouse has one designated parking spot provided via a detached garage in the rear lane, and no further concerns were expressed by residents following the public engagement session.

    That a copy of the June 27, 2023 report of the Community Services Division be submitted to City Council recommending that, at the time of the Public Hearing, City Council consider Administration’s recommendation that proposed amendments to the Rosewood Neighbourhood Concept Plan and Bylaw No. 8770, Zoning Bylaw, 2009, to rezone lands in the Rosewood Neighbourhood from FUD to RMTN, as outlined in this report, be approved.

    That the June 27, 2023 report of the Community Services Division be submitted to City Council recommending that, at the time of the Public Hearing, City Council considers Administration's recommendation that the amendment to Bylaw No. 8770, Zoning Bylaw, 2009, to amend the Zoning Agreement for 1006 College Drive and 421 Clarence Avenue North, as outlined in this report, be approved.
