The Chair called the meeting to order on Treaty 6 Territory and the Traditional Homeland of the Métis People and confirmed roll call.

Councillor Loewen gave the following Notice of Motion:


"TAKE NOTICE that at the next meeting of the Governance & Priorities Committee, I will move the following motion:


'That the Administration provide a report to the special budget meeting process regarding Saskatoon’s business tax ratio and any other related business property tax measures, including comparisons to other jurisdictions.'"

He updated the Committee on his plans to attend the Implementing Healthy Urban Policy Workshop  in Copenhagen, Denmark, September 2023 put on by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research.
