    That the agenda be confirmed as presented.

    That the minutes of the Standing Policy Committee on Transportation meeting held on February 1, 2021 be adopted.

Due to time constraints, the Standing Policy Committee on Transportation at its meeting held on February 1, 2021 referred this item to the March 1, 2021 meeting.


A report of the General Manager, Transportation and Construction dated February 1, 2021 is provided, along with the referenced communication from Mahmood Shafqat dated January 31, 2021.

    That the Standing Policy Committee on Transportation recommend to City Council that the Saskatoon Transportation Master Plan report be approved in principle.

    That the Standing Policy Committee on Transportation recommend to City Council:

    1. That the revisions to Council Policy C07-025, Loading Zones be approved to permit installation and signing of loading zones near Canada Post community mailboxes; and
    2. That the City Clerk be requested to update the policy as outlined in the report of the General Manager, Transportation & Construction dated March 1, 2021.
