  That Councillor Davies be A/Chair for the September 16, 2019 meeting of the Standing Policy Committee on Planning, Development and Community Services.

• Recommendation
  1. That the request to speak from Lenore Swystun, Chair, Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee be added to Items 6.1.2, 6.1.3 and 6.1.4;
  2. That the request to speak from Andrea Lafond, Meewasin Valley Authority, dated September 13, 2019 be added to Item 6.1.4;
  3. That the email from Peggy Sarjeant, President, Saskatoon Historical Society, dated September 16, 2019 be added to Item 6.3.1;
