CALL TO ORDER
 

The Chair called the meeting to order on Treaty 6 Territory and the Traditional Homeland of the Métis people, and confirmed roll call of the members in attendance via teleconference.

Mayor Clark excused himself from the teleconference at 2:29 p.m., during discussion of the matter.

Councillor Gough excused herself at 2:37 p.m., during discussion of the matter.
