    1. That City Council consider Bylaw No. 9882 - The Street Closing Bylaw, 2023
      (No. 2);
    2. That after closure, the former right-of-way be sold to Saska Land Development Holdings Corp. for $125,000.00 + GST;
    3. That all costs associated with closure be paid by the applicant, including Solicitor’s fees and disbursements.

    1. That the City enter into a license agreement with the Saskatoon Water Ski Club for the recreational use of the 60th Street Storm Pond, in accordance with the terms set out in the report of the Community Services Division dated April 5, 2023; and
    2. That the City Solicitor be requested to prepare the appropriate agreement and that His Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to execute the agreement under the Corporate Seal.
